Hardwick, Inc. is a family business with a Broker, Accounts Manager, Credit Manager, Rental Agent and Sales Agent. We value honesty and hard work in our business as well as in our personal lives. We believe in treating our customers as well as we would treat family members.
We have been in the property management business in the Columbus area since 1991. Steven Hardwick is the owner and licensed broker. He is a member in good standing with the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
We are located in the Weinland Park area between Ohio State University and the Ohio State Fair Grounds. Most of our tenants pay rent and submit maintenance requests on their tenant portal on our secure Appfolio website. Property owners also have a portal on our website.
We currently manage about 300 rental units for 40 different investors. Our rental prices range from $700 a month for a studio apartment to $2000 a month for a 4 bedroom home. We manage single homes, duplexes, condos, and small apartment buildings all around Franklin County.
We have a maintenance company called Capital City Real Estate Services, Inc. to handle maintenance problems. We also work with numerous local contractors and businesses to accomplish repairs quickly.
